This private game reserve and country estate is situated near the coastal town of Port Alfred, along the road which links Grahamstown with Port Alfred. It lies amongst the unspoiled Eastern Cape bushveld, and is also near the charming settler village of Bathurst.

Game on the farm include giraffe, grey duiker, water buck, rietbok, eland, impala, red duiker, zebra, bush buck, spring buck, blesbuck, kudu and warthog. More game will be added as the game farm is extended.
There are a total of 50 plots, of which 42 can be built on. Many houses have been completed, and others are under construction. This level plot- 4040 sqm in extent- is adjacent to a plot with a watering hole, which is perfect for game viewing.
Each stand is freehold, with full title ownership. The plots are spacious which allows each owner to have a private bushveld retreat. There is security at the entrance gates, as well as bicycle patrols on the property.
Electricity is supplied by Eskom. A monthly levy of R250 is payable to the home owners' association, and covers grading of roads, refuse removal and general cleaning around the homesteads.
